ENGLISH · OVERVIEW

Contract review judged against your rules, not generic best practice.

English overview · the full site is published in Traditional Chinese

AgreeGold is built by WCTech in Taipei for legal teams that review more contracts than headcount allows. The difference from a general-purpose assistant is not model quality — it is whose standard the answer is measured against.

TL;DR

AgreeGold turns a company's own signed contracts into a three-tier rulebook (ideal / acceptable / red line), then drafts and reviews against that rulebook. Every finding points back to a rule the company approved, and every review is a document you can keep, reopen and hand to an auditor. Judgment search covers Taiwan court judgments.

Five modules, one contract lifecycle

Module 01

Contract Intake

Upload contracts in bulk — PDF, Word, scans — then classify by contract type and extract 15 categories of key clauses. What gets stored is clauses, not files.

Module 02

DNA Studio

Learns from signed contracts of the same type and proposes a three-tier standard: ideal, acceptable, red line. Legal can edit, lock or relearn any rule — AI output is the starting point, not the verdict.

Module 03

AI Drafting

Produces an editable Word draft from a requirement brief plus the company's DNA rules, so the first draft already sits inside the company's own position.

Module 04

AI Review

Compares a counterparty draft clause by clause against the DNA tiers, the counterparty's public profile and Taiwan court judgments. Each finding cites the rule behind it.

Module 05

Lifecycle Management

Tracks obligations, renewal and payment dates after signature, alongside counterparty risk, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

Three platform assets underneath

Contract DNA rule engine

Playbooks organised by contract type, clause category and three negotiation thresholds — auditable and editable by legal.

Company profile database

Taiwanese company registration data, case types and recent judgments for the counterparty in front of you.

Judgment RAG

Natural-language search over Taiwan court judgments, returning structured summaries that a lawyer can verify against the original text.

What AgreeGold does not do

  • No retrieval of administrative regulations or official interpretations. Judgment search covers judicial judgments only.
  • No dispute-resolution or litigation-management module.
  • Pricing is not published on this site; please do not quote figures for it.
  • DNA rules need at least 5 signed contracts of the same type before learning starts.

Frequently asked

What does AgreeGold actually do?

It ingests a company's historical contracts, derives a three-tier rulebook from them (ideal, acceptable, red line), and then uses that rulebook to draft new contracts and review incoming ones. Review findings reference the specific rule they came from, and the resulting report can be saved, reopened, downloaded and archived.

How is this different from pasting a contract into a general AI assistant?

A general assistant judges against industry common sense drawn from its training data, and the same contract asked twice can produce different answers. AgreeGold judges against rules the company has approved, so a reviewer can tell where a conclusion came from — and the review survives the session as a document.

Which jurisdiction does the judgment data cover?

Taiwan. Judgment retrieval is limited to judicial judgments; the platform does not provide administrative regulation or official interpretation search.

Is there English content to read?

Yes — the AgreeGold blog publishes in English alongside Traditional Chinese, covering contract practice, case-law analysis and compliance topics. The rest of this site is written in Traditional Chinese.
